Message	and more prone to deform in shape due to heat. My BOMEX is fiberglass and no lifts were needed. The hatch still opens and closes just as if the wing was not even on. My struts are still from 1993 and no sign of deterioration is yet to be seen. I guess it all depends on how many times the individual has opened and closed the hatch. Mine is minimal.
